I’m Tugba, the founder behind Solara Organics, and like many parents, my journey into organic and low-tox living began when I became a first-time mum.

After welcoming my two beautiful boys into the world, I became much more mindful of what we were bringing into our home. I found myself reading ingredient labels, researching products, and making conscious choices about the food we ate and the everyday essentials we used. My goal was simple—to create a healthier environment for my family and reduce unnecessary exposure to chemicals wherever possible.

As I searched for trusted organic pantry staples and low-tox household products, I realised how difficult it was to find everything in one place. I wanted a store that offered carefully selected products I could trust, without spending hours researching every purchase.

That’s why I created Solara Organics.

Our mission is to make healthy, conscious living simple and accessible for Australian families. We carefully curate a range of premium organic pantry foods, natural snacks, wholesome ingredients, and low-tox household essentials from brands we genuinely believe in.

Every product is chosen with the same care and consideration I use when shopping for my own family. If I wouldn’t use it in my home, you won’t find it in our store.

How do I place an order?

How do I place an order?

Browse our range of products, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address and select your preferred payment method. Choose from one of the two days (Tuesdays or Fridays) as your preferred date of delivery. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across metro Sydney.

How much is the delivery fee?

We have a flat rate delivery fee of $13.95 for all orders.

Do you have minimum spend requirement?

No. We don't have a minimum spend requirement.

How long does delivery take?

We deliver to your door every Tuesday and Friday. Select your preferred delivery day at checkout.

Something was missing from my order. Who do I contact?

Please contact solaraorganics@gmail.com with your order details (your name and order number) and we will make sure you get those items that were missing!

Where do you leave my order if no one is home?

We'll do our best to leave your order in a secure spot if you're not home. However, we can't be held responsible for damage or theft that occurs after delivery. We will take photos of the items once delivery has been completed.

Are all your products certified organic?

Almost all of our products are certified organic, while others are natural or low-tox. We clearly label product information so you can shop with confidence.

What is your Refund/Exchange policy?

We want to make you happy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase or our service, we will offer a store credit or refund. You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, and all items must be unopened and unused.
